Payment methods

1. Payment for products purchased

The payment for products purchased may be made using a credit, debit, prepaid or corporate card or by cash on delivery.

In case such payment is made using a card, the following cards are accepted: MasterCard®, Maestro® and Visa®. The Seller has entrusted the security of card payments to Monri Payments d.o.o., having its registered office at Džemala Bijedića 2, Sarajevo, VAT No.: 4202497730003.

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.

This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.

Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.

Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.

Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

After completing the relevant form, the Buyer confirms the transaction and completes the ordering process, after which he shall receive Seller’s order confirmation at the specified e-mail address.

If the card payment process is not successfully completed, the system shall automatically cancel the order.

After the payment process is successfully completed, an order confirmation shall be received at the Buyer’s e-mail address and the Seller shall then proceed to deliver the products ordered.

Particulars of cards shall not be written down or stored and shall not be available to Seller’s employees or any contractors other than the commercial banks the Seller conducts business with.

In case of payment on a cash-on-delivery basis, the Buyer shall pay for the product at the time of its delivery. The Buyer shall pay the invoice for the product ordered to the delivery person at delivery of the product ordered. Such payment shall be deemed made as of the time the relevant amount of cash is handed over at the time of delivery.

By confirming the option to receive invoices in electronic form on the web sales interface, the buyer gives consent to receive the invoice in electronic form, and which seller is obliged to issue pursuant to Art. 33 and 35 of the LAW ON FISCAL SYSTEMS (“Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH”, No. 81/09) and Article 17. LAW ON VALUE ADDED TAX OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 9/2005, 35/2005, 100/2008 and 33/2017) and Art. 106 RULEBOOK ON THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW ON VALUE ADDED TAX (Official Gazette of BiH No. 93/05, 21/06, 60/06, 06/07,100 / 07, 35/08, 65/10).

If the customer does not give consent to receive the invoice in electronic form, the invoice will be attached to the shipment (in each of the shipments if the ordered goods are delivered in several shipments)
