Instant maize meal
Preparation for the bag 200 g: Pour instant maize grits (200 g) gradually into 0,8 l of boiling water to which you previously added salt and fat (butter, margarine, lard or oil) to your taste. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes while stirring. Directions for one serving: 70 g into 0,28 l of boiling water. Content of the bag is sufficient for 3 single servings. For thicker meal, cook in a 1:3 ratio.
Corn grits. May contain wheat.
Keep in a dry place at room temperature.
